Sheilas Tourist Hostel

Sheila's Cork Hostel is less than 5 minutes' walk from the centre of Cork. It has a sauna, and offers free Wi-Fi, free city maps and free movies in the cinema room.

Sheila's Hostel is a short walk from St. Patrick's Quay and Cork Opera House. The bus and train stations are very close by.

The cinema room has lots of comfortable bean bags to sit on. Films are shown every day on a 42-inch (106 cm) plasma-screen TV.

Cool places to get to know people, especially we liked the cinema - room.
The toilets and showers smelled not that good& you just need to know before you go there that you won't have any privacy ( no curtains before the beds, very little space to put you baggage)

Fine for the purpose it is intended, clean and modern looking, would stay again if I needed to.
Room - more like a cell - was fine for what it was. Glad I could book as a private room. Location is reasonably central, 10-15 mins walk from the railway station. Bed was comfortable.
Room is too small for more than I person, Ventilation with two tiny windows is inadequate for any one with breathing difficulties. A small table or shelving near the bunk would would help to put personal belongings on. There is a deceptive single step on the landing of the second floor that can be easily missed.
